My stay at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was pretty awesome, with stunning views and a spacious room that was immaculate. However, I did face some challenges with dining hours and spa services that could use a bit of improvement.

Rooms
10.0
The room was spacious and immaculate, boasting an amazing view of the Imperial Palace Gardens. The elegant design and thoughtful amenities, like electric blinds for a dramatic reveal of the view, really stood out to me.
Service
8.0
The staff was generally professional and friendly, but I found the breakfast service a bit aloof at times, and communication in the spa was challenging due to language barriers.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to two metro stations and close proximity to major tourist areas. While it's in the government district, it’s super well connected for exploring all of Tokyo.
Dining
7.0
Though the breakfast buffet had a decent variety, I was disappointed with the limited dining options and the early closing hours of the restaurants. I definitely wanted more variety, especially for kids.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasts luxurious facilities like a gym and a beautiful bar with fantastic views, but I struggled with the complicated spa services and access restrictions that made it less enjoyable.

My stay at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was wonderful overall, highlighted by very nice views and friendly staff. I enjoyed a spacious room with a stunning view of the Imperial Palace and great amenities. However, the breakfast service was a bit disorganized at times, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it remains one of my top hotel choices in Tokyo! 😊🌟

Rooms

I stayed in a spacious room with fantastic views of the Imperial Palace Gardens. The bathroom was luxurious, especially the shower pressure. However, I was disappointed not to have lounge access as an Ambassador and there was a lack of room upgrades during my stay.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help, like couriering a forgotten tote bag from another hotel. Despite a few hiccups, they provided attentive service throughout my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located near several metro stations, making it easy to navigate Tokyo. While I enjoyed the nearby restaurants and convenience stores, I did feel it was a bit far from some major attractions.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast at the Oasis restaurant offered a great combination of buffet options and freshly cooked dishes. While the selection was excellent, the breakfast area felt a bit chaotic and could use better organization.
Facilities
9.0
The wellness facilities, including the pool and massage service, were excellent. The iPad in the room for controlling amenities added a luxurious touch, though the pool had restrictions that may be better suited for adults.

My stay at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was marked by perfect service and stunning views, though there were a few service inconsistencies. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially when my daughter needed assistance upon arrival. However, some staff members seemed less engaged during my check-out. Overall, the luxurious ambiance and high-quality amenities made it a nice visit.

Rooms
10.0
The Deluxe King Room I stayed in featured large windows with amazing views of the city. The elegant design and comfortable bed transformed every night into a restful escape. The high-tech bathroom amenities, including a soothing soaking tub and a rain shower, were a good touch.
Service
8.0
While most staff provided excellent service, there were moments of indifference from certain employees, particularly during check-out. This contrasted with the otherwise attentive service I received throughout my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally situated, offering easy access to the subway and a variety of dining options nearby. The view from the 36th floor reception is amazing, and being close to the vibrant Akasaka area adds to the experience.
Dining
9.0
Dining at the hotel was a pleasure. The breakfast menu offered exquisite Japanese and western choices, though I wished there were a bit more variety for longer stays. The bar area served good food options as well.
Facilities
8.0
The gym and spa facilities were impressive, but I was disappointed when the spa was unexpectedly closed for a day during my stay. The overall luxury amenities and high-quality service, however, more than compensated for this minor setback.

7.4/10

I had a lovely stay at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, enjoying the impressive views and overall atmosphere of luxury. The convenience of subway access nearby made it easy to explore the city, but I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options, which lacked variety. While the room was spacious and well-appointed, the recognition for Bonvoy Elite status felt somewhat lacking, especially with no complimentary lounge access offered to me. Overall, a nice experience with room for improvement.

Rooms
9.0
My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring modern amenities and amazing views of the Tokyo skyline. The fact that the hotel occupies the 30th to 36th floors ensures that every room has a stunning vista.
Service
7.0
The service was generally good, though I felt like there should have been more recognition for my Bonvoy Titanium status. While the staff were friendly, I didn't receive a welcome drink or fruit platter, which is usually expected.
Location
9.0
The location is quite convenient, being close to two main subway stations, and situated in a vibrant area with multiple dining options. I appreciated how easy it was to get to key areas like Shibuya and Ginza within 10-20 minutes.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast offered a decent variety, but I found the limited choices frustrating, especially since I could only order one item from the a la carte menu. I missed having more traditional Japanese options and felt there should be more variety overall.
Facilities
8.0
The gym was impressively equipped, and I enjoyed using the pool area. I did find the restrictions on children in certain facilities a bit limiting, but overall, these spaces were well-maintained and suited my needs.

I had a wonderful four-night stay at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho. the hotel truly felt like a luxury retreat. The room was immaculate with stunning views of the city and the Imperial Palace. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and surrounded by great dining options. Although the pool had a restriction for guests under 18, I found plenty of other amenities to enjoy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would love to return.
